Sony Live Support/Phone support

I just had an experience with sonys live support.

Not helpfull at all...

 

So i have been having problems with my receiver, so I asked them.

It took about 5 min to conect, that fine.

Then another few minutes for them to ask me what my issue was.

Then they link me with the user manual and tell me to look there.

I tell them I already did and it wont help my problem.

And they tell me to call the support...

so the online support is useless.

    Yes, but I dont think it will help. I can get surround sound perfectly fine, if a monitor/tv is not conected to the receiver.

    In this regard I suggest you to Contact phone support on 1-800-222-7669. They will be available Mon - Fri from 8am to 12am ET (Midnight) and Sat - Sun and Holidays from 10am to 9pm ET.

GREAT!

It quickly and helpfull solved my weeks of frustration.

 

I highly recomend you skip online and go right for phone

i was onto Microsoft customer support and this woman just ended the chat it took me 3 hours to get in it, i was furious!
