So I decided it was time to upgrade my laptop to a desktop, and I spent $1600 NZD on the desktop, and expected to sell my laptop for somewhere around $1000 NZD, but nobody wants to pay that apparently, so how much does the forum think I should sell the laptop for?

List it for higher then you want  because people are going to give lowball offers, then when you "settle" for a lowball offer its coming off to them they are picking up a deal when..in reality you are just getting what you want.

You can hire models pretty cheap maybe I am lucky that I have a few female friends that are models

 

but yeah you can book local models for not too much if its only a small shoot

Ahh ebay is tricker with that strategy I was thinking craigslist or whatever in that case..but ya thinking about it that seems ok its close to what you initially wanted but your reserve is as low as you are content with so..seems like win win.

To put it in perspective, a 980 (not even ti) would cost me around $900, NZ Prices are stupid
