Yeah there's almost never a good reason to use the board manufacturer's driver over the GPU driver (nVidia). Go and download 326.41 or whatever the latest one is.

Hello i have a "MSI GTX 670 PE/OC" and i saw that they have the driver download at their own site and the newest driver name is "MSI Graphics Driver 306.97"

and the current Nvidia driver is the 326.41.
The card i have is far from a refrence card so i was wondering if i should uninstall my current driver and install the one from msi, and does anybody know what is the differences/advantages with the driver from MSI ?

Definitely use the latest ones directly from nvidia, you can't go wrong with that.

Those nvidia drivers are in beta. I'd suggest to wait for a full stable release.
