If your going with a Locked processor you can go for something else like a H97 or the business based boards instead.

That CX series PSU will destroy his PC. Don't ever buy them for mid end or high end builds because they don't like best. And you know what overclocking a GPU or CPU does? Creates TONS of heat which the CX PSU doesn't like. 30 degree C max temp.

haha nice you got to use it :P , but for the lower end locked system I woudl say it's not ideal but still ok.

The FPS over 9000 part always gets to me.

No storage?

 

The 4590 is Haswell refresh and non Z/H97 motherboards might need a bios update to work.

isn't the bios update required for the H91 boards? or am I completely off-track

The H91 chipset doesn't exist.
