Thanks! I was mounting them on the motherboard.

Should I connect all the fans including the cpu one or should I leave it on the mobo?

Your CPU fan header is on your motherboard near your CPU socket. The fans attached to the case can be plugged in to the case's included fan controller.

Plug the AIO cooler's pump into the CPU header and the radiator fan to the AIO's fan connection ideally, all the other case fans if you want to manually control them you can plug it into the case's controller or the motherboard if you want temperature based fan curves via the BIOS or software they have.

Ohhhh, OK, well I am pretty certain that Corsair AIO coolers have a header to plug into the CPU fan header but I could be wrong. The fans on the radiator should be plugged into the motherboard or the fan controller.
