My first Build

Hey guys, This build is basically done. All I need is the MSI R9 390 and I will have that in a few weeks :) Im so excited!

 

I was just wondering what you guys think of the build and If you had any recommendations for a boot SSD and any comments you might have on the name of the build or any components that I decided to get.

it is a nice gpu but same time it kicks out quite some heat especially for a itx build tho. Just my opinion as im using a 390 too.

CPU:  i7 4770k @ overclocked to 4.4ghz             GPU: Intel HD4600                                                                SSD: Kingston V300 120GB (OS)                   Cooler:  Corsair H100i GTX

I really don't see a benefit to that EVGA PSU. But that SSD maybe. Maybe something a little smaller like a 120GB. I found one from Kingston for ~$50

Heat isn't a problem. The case has excellent airflow and I modified my desk quite heavily.

But the heat will transfer affect your cpu tho especially if you are air cooling your cpu. I have custom loop on my cpu air cooling on gpu but it still increase around 5 to 10 degrees when gpu is fully loaded. Note i am using a huge case. Just a small reminder cause i saw some small itx build cpu reaches around 80 to 85 even with a 970. but 390 is a beast card ofc i love it so much now.

A nice water cooling system might be good for the CPU. I will look into it
