Hello, this is my first ever build that I am attempting to put together, and I need some advice from some more experienced builders!

This is what I have put together: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Bt6ThM

My max budget is $750 including all peripherals. I am located in the US.

 All feedback is greatly appreciated!!

This is going to be used for light gaming like CSGO.

I see that you're on a tight budget but you absolutely NEED at least 8 gigs of ram nowadays. I don't know about that PSU, EVGA is a reliable company but if you have the money I'd get the 80 plus bronze version of that PSU. But before any of that get at least 8 gigs of ram.

Would you be willing to get the OS off G2A and creating a bootable USB drive? This'll add about $60 to the PC parts allowing maybe a better GPU or CPU and maybe both.

honestly, for source engine 4GB is enough, but it's tight, and you'll actually notice game improvement from closing background applications (talking from experience)

That looks good, and I might be able to fit that into my budget, but just if I can't could you try to find a cheaper option for that?

I might buy one later on, but for now it is out of my budget.

Here are two option's. If you absolutely can't go any higher than $750 then go for the AMD but if you can really try to push your budget then the Intel list is the best option. Don't go with a dual core because it will only cause problems. More and more games are starting to use a minimum of four cores and they won't work at all with that pentium and i3 processor's.

Lol? Your motherboard is more expensive than your CPU. K.

Edit: Also to the OP, you can get the OS on reddit for about 20$ or cheaper. You don't need to buy a 40$+ headset, my headset is the Creative FataL1ty and it works perfectly fine. Use this extra money to get a better GPU or CPU.

Do you think that this is a decent build?
