Here are two option's. If you absolutely can't go any higher than $750 then go for the AMD but if you can really try to push your budget then the Intel list is the best option. Don't go with a dual core because it will only cause problems. More and more games are starting to use a minimum of four cores and they won't work at all with that pentium and i3 processor's.

Do you think that this is a decent build?

Honestly, I wouldn't know. I've only dealt with one budget gaming PC and I used the GTX 960. If you want, you can go with a low end CPU and get a B-stock EVGA 970 right here ->http://www.evga.com/Products/ProductList.aspx?type=8

 

But it's kinda hard making a 750$ PC including peripherals. Although CSGO shouldn't be too graphics demanding.
