Thought on the upcoming MSI GS70

Im planning on buying a gaming laptop ($1500-2000) and couldn't decide which one to buy (I already have a gaming desktop). I know there are a lot of options: Asus G750jw, Alienware new 17, etc. They all look good to me. I would really appreciate to hear your opinion and experience with gaming laptop.

As someone who once made the mistake of buying an expensive laptop, use your dedicated desktop for gaming, and leave the laptop for daily stuff you need to do out.

G750JW and definitely don't go Alienware

 

Same here, alienware is too flashy and won't fit if you are in Starbucks along with other Macs.

If you have room for a desktop in your room, then you shouldn't get an expensive laptop. But definitely not alienware.
