GTX 650 for $60 or HD 6870 for $50?

Looking to build an HTPC of sorts, and I found these two prices. I really wanted the 650 for ShadowPlay but considering the performance jump to the 6870 for less money, why not? All I'll be doing is running emulators and playing TF2, probably recording it via OBS / QuickSync. I won't have enough room on my hard drive to be always recording, either.

 

OPINIONS, because ShadowPlay is drawing me towards the 650.

 

Let me be the first to say it too, used NVIDIA prices are absolutely dumb. Why would I buy a used 650 for nearly as much as a new 750? If it weren't for my dislike in rebates, I'd go for the new 750.

I'd go for the GTX 650... Better drivers and less power consumption... Although the HD 6850 has better performance...

6870 > 650.  Unless, it is a 650ti.

 

 
 

Nvidia's past 5 drivers have been problematic.

Ive never had problems with nvidia drivers but ive had big problems with ATI or AMD
