None of them will be silent unless you will find one with noctua fans. Try and look for a single big fan as they tend to run at lower rpm and make less nois oppose to small ones. You can find some on ebay for abuot 10 dollars

The Coolermaster Ergostand III is actually quite decent, you can set the fan speed using a knob so you can choose between silence and cooling performance.

Found another two stands that look very interesting.

But you have to do some research on your own if you like the looks of it.

The result (at least for me) was: There is no perfect product out there, some interesting concepts like the Xpad, but not "the one cooler".

But I think the Ergostand III gets pretty close. ;)
