you mean like the ones from EK?

The ones that come with the parts n you just stick em together?

What do you mean by acceptable. they're just standard parts packaged together for ease of use for newbies.

AFAIK.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

I got one from Alphacool, its a full blown custom loop an don't let anybody tell you otherwise. The only difference is someone who actually knows what they're doing picks the parts so they're guaranteed to fit and work together properly. You still have to build it yourself.

Doesn't Jay (JayzTwoCents) have a few YT videos on them?  As far as I can remember they are just standard parts but pakaged as everything required.
