Mac Minis, trying the mac experience

Windows2000

If you don't want to bother creating a hackintosh system, yet want to experience OS X, is the Mac Mini a good idea?

I kinda want to try using Logic Pro, but since it's Mac only, I guess I'll have to stick with FL Studio and Pro Tools -.-.

Is there any way you can try the "Mac Experience" without buying it?

You can download the iso. Go to the apple store? VM?

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

Honestly, the only reason I'm interested in Macs are because of Logic Pro.

If anyone is into audio production D:....

The question is, is logic pro worth the switch....

You are built on New Technology, so why would you downgrade yourself to something that is not New Technology?

Not seeing what you mean there.

How are Macs "old technology"?

Logic Pro is pretty much the best DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) out there, but it is exclusive to Macs.

I mean I do fine without it, but I want to give it a shot.

you could go to the store and ask for a demo where you could try it out yourself, not sure if they do that but it is an option.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

Honestly I wouldn't say Logic is worth the switch, I purchased a macbook pro for using Logic and I always find myself back on Pro Tools.

(I would not call Logic the best DAW)

Suppose there is also the fact the Mac Mini's use Intel's 4th gen of i5/i7 ... which is now old technology.
