Hello guys,I'm gonna watercool my PC soon and I think I need a drain in case something happens with the liquid or there is a clog so does anyone know how I can make a drain for the PC?

have some point in the loop that you can open. I'd best be at the lowest point of the loops since you can just open it then and the gravity pulls most of the fluid out.

In general you'll need a valve fitting on a T-block or splitter or something like that, such as in this:
