Haha, I was never into the death metal.

 

I did love me some Devil Driver, and hell even some As I Lay Dying (Crying? )

Theater of Tragedy was on my playlists for a very long time as well. Actually. I think I'll listen to some now. Love their use of piano and.. violin I think.

 

I never did understand why those bands picked such horrific names. And those pictures...*shudder*

Not too bad, though there's something about the rhythm of the song that just bothers me. It repeats too much and is a little too monotone for my tastes.

Hahha, yeah it's a little odd.

I'd heard the song long before I'd seen the video. At least it tells a story though. I appreciate that more than rap videos where it's just money cars and girls twerking.

I am not being closed minded the video is just plain weird, wrong, so many other things that doesn't go along with what I see as acceptable. If the video doesn't affect the song why are they together? So I will stick my original comment.

That's kinda passive aggressive buddy, don't call him close minded. He could have reasons behind not supporting things that promote drug abuse. I know i do.

 

Also, Music videos do affect how people feel about a song. I have seen music videos for songs i liked and made a complete 180 about appreciating that song...also vise-versa

I was more related to deciding a song is bad because of the video. They're not really one in the same, and are often not even thought up by the band at all.

Why punish them for someone elses vision.

Each to their own though.
