bios update

hi guys i have a h61m-p20 and i have some questions 

1 my bios is a 1.90 version how to know if it is out dated and when do i need to update it 

2 i'm a gamer and they said a bios like my bios is not optimased for a gpu like gtx 960 

some i need some explaination about it thanks

Bios update isn't related to GPU, bios update can bring compability to newer CPU's, RAM, resolve bugs 'n' stuff.

They mean that is not a UEFI BIOS or fully UEFI BIOS which allows the gpu to interact or be interacted with the PC on the BIOS level. You will be fine.

Try to update your GPU and Bios to the recent version!

ok guys thanks alot 

and for drivers update what is the best software to know what drivers are out dated 

Don't use any software unless one comes with your MOBO. Check each vendor for each component you have to see if they have newer drivers.
