Export to SSD Adobe Premiere Pro CS6

So here's the question:  If I were to have an entire Premiere project (source files and all) on a mechanical hard drive, would exporting to an SSD offer any kind of speed/time advantage over exporting to the mechanical drive?

probably not, your cpu and that jazz is your bottleneck

having your source and project files on the ssd would help with general performance, like less dropped frames and faster scrubbing etc.

pc specs: 4 function calculator / 8 digit lcd display / colored numeric and function buttons

Here's the thing though: Task Manager says that only 45% of the cpu is being utilized.  Thoughts?

I'll have to try that later, as I'm in the middle of an export right now.  However, I started up Aida64 Extreme and it said that each thread is running between 50-60% or so.
