So, for 300$, what should I get in terms of a graphics card ?

My build:

 

AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon ™ Graphics, 3.90 Ghz

8 GB RAM (7.19 GB usable)

Windows 10 Operating System 64-Bit

1 TB Hard Drive

 

My goal ? Witcher 3 and Dragon Age: Inquisition, maybe Payday 2 as well though that one seems easier.

Jayz has another video comparing another 390 with the 970. Both don't have stellar overclocks.  

 

IMO, they really have about the same performance so get whichever is cheaper. Also please do upgrade your CPU in time as well.

Really ? The AI Suite always tells me it runs at around 4.1 - 4.2 Ghz, quite surprising but I think even The Witcher 3 is recommended at 4.0 Ghz.
