Runtime error 216

Few days ago I wanted to use my trial of FL Studio again, but got this error..

Now I wanted to uninstall and reinstall FL Studio but I get the same error halfway through the uninstall...

 

Seems to be an error from the program itself and not Windows, but don't know what to do. Any suggestions?
