Looking for a lost Windows tips video

Hello, I have recently reinstalled my laptop and looking for an windows optimization video.

 

The video was by some guy who has pretty famous setup video where he shows his 3 1440p screens and caselabs pc with 4 780s at the time I think.

The video I'm looking for was the guy screenrecording what he does on his pc daily and what disables, like what services, etc. I remember that he showed Startisback,Windirstats, and his windows background was american flag. the video was about 15 minutes long. 

 

yeah that's weird but oh well i want to see it again.
