775, isn't that C2D?

The lowest TDP chip on 775 is the Celeron #420 which is a 35W TDP

 

The i5-4590S is also a 35W chip, and this is the cooler it comes with

Something tells me that Amazon cooler won't be anywhere near enough for even the coolest running 775 chips lol

It will likely run the coolest chip on 100% fan speed 24/7 at 90C.
