Its not a cable problem. The whole thing with cables causing shit like this is usually BS. If there is any picture, its the monitor or the hardware.

monitor works perfectly!!

Then you have a broken GPU then.

Can you see enough of the screen to install a new driver or can't you even get past the boot?

I would take out your gpu, and test it on another system....A buddys computer or something.

Process of elimination.

Could be unclean PCI-E ports....use a soft brush......Hmmm

Wait a sec. Which port are you using here? Are you using the DVI or the HDMi on the 650?

Some people use DVI to VGA on old monitor which can fuck shit up sometimes on higher resolutions (Yes...1080p counts as a higher resolution in this aspect)

Get an HDMI cable. Connect to a Tv.....does the problem still exist, you have a  broken GPU.

can you elaborate with cleaning? what did you do?

is the card works fine before you clean it?

as for wash it with water and detergent, I've tried it

I have to clean about 8 computers though and it's really dusty so instead have to deal with dust and amount of works I've disassemble all of parts and put them in a water (except PSU, HDD, ODD if any, and cables)

using soft brush and liquid soap, leave it dry for about 2 days with enough airflow and heat everything works perfectly.
