Okay so this will be my build 

 

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 Haswell Dual-Core 3.6GHz LGA 1150 54W Video card: MSI R9 380 GAMING 4G Radeon R9 380 4GB 256-Bit Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-H97-D3H LGA 1150 Intel H97 HDMI RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 Hard drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SSD: Crucial BX100 CT250BX100SSD1 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gbps Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Power Supply: CORSAIR CSM Series CS550M 550W 

 

I just want to know what would be a good cpu for me since i dont want to overclock

I built a PC for my friend with i5 4430 with GTX 770.

 

It is holding good in all games.

Intel Core i3 2100 @ 3.10GHz - Intel Stock Cooler - Zotac Geforce GT 610 2GB Synergy Edition

Intel DH61WW - Corsair® Value Select 4GBx1 DDR3 1600 MHz - Antec BP-300P PSU

WD Green 1TB - Seagate 2.5" HDD 1TB - Seagate Barracuda 500GB - Antec X1 E.

Good build, and like the others said an i5-4460 would be great. It will even get better with DX12 games.

No reason to go higher than an i5 4460 if you don't plan on overclocking

i5-4590 or i5-4460 would be great choices. If you want to build with an i3 you'd be much better off with a GTX 960 than an R9 380 due to DirectX 11 overhead in AMD drivers; the less powerful 960 will give you better framerates than the 380 with an i3. But an i5 seems to handle that overhead fine and you'd be better off with the more powerful R9 380 in that case.

If you can afford a 4460, get that. If you can't, a 4160/4170 is fine
