AMD+Nvidia+Integrated all in one system, 2x4GB GPUs = 8GB with DX 12?

Sounds too awesome could this be true have any tests been done?

Both articles are over 3 months old and can't really be trusted.

DX12 technically allows many things to work now, but it is still reliant on game developers to support and implement it, as well as Nvidia, Intel and AMD. CrossSLI as some are calling it (AMD with Nvidia working together) is not going to happen. It may well be made possible by DX12, but Nvidia are not going to allow it. They don't even let you mix their own cards.
