Internet super slow on one computer in my network

quite odd

my mom's pc suddenly was very slow when using the internet

downloads are hella slow but everyother pc on the network is just fine

 

i did that windows 8.1 format thing but didnt solve the issue

 

pinging google shows acceptable latency

 

not sure what the problem is

Whats the signal speed? If my drivers arent installed for the wifi adapter, they will be all over the place slowing down basically anything you don in the internet.

full i tired other two AP i have in my house - same issue - will try ethernet now

Is the computer slow accessing your LAN as well?

 

To test, try sharing a folder from another computer, putting a large file into that folder, then copying it over the network from other computers.

 

 

Also, have you tried rebooting your modem and/or router?
