Also for running all the games and maybe even using an oculus rift or something am i overkilling it? And if i were to cut down on the graphics cards to only get one, what would i get ? PS: I might have to use this as a work station in like fuckin 4-5 years. I will upgrade the parts by that time so when i want to use it as a work station should i get quadro cards?

Unless you are playing at 4k and want 60+fps all the time dont use two 980tis. Get one.

You should try and look on different websites to find a cheap price for the parts you have and also if you're impatient like me and don't mind spending a little more, then try to find your parts at a local computer store.

Also try and get an anti-static wrist strap

REMEMBER STATIC SAFETY!!!! Hope this reply helps!
