Control Lenovo y410p Fan

Okay, so sometimes when I'm using my laptop to play CS or whatever, it'll get a little warm. I wanna up the fan's speed, but no program I've tried can do it. There's no settings in the BIOS ether, but I know it's controllable because Lenovo has a software built in that has a feature called Dust removal and it will run the fan at 100% for a minute or so. How can I control the fan like this software does?

You can try Speedfan or some weird trick I found in Google. Apparently there's some setting for that in Power Management options.
