are you overclocking?

 

is the CPU voltage set to auto?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

So that didnt work. Is there a possibility there could be something wrong with either the Motherboard or the PSU?

Does this mean that the PSU is faulty?

could be check the PSU voltages using a Multimeter
