Noctua Fans Making Noise?

Webman97

I purchased 4 Noctua NF-F12 PWM fans for my Raidmax Vortex Case. They appear to be making noise similar to that of coil whine. I confirmed that the fans are making this noise and do not know how to solve it. All fans are plugged into my Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 motherboard as Chassis Fans. I have tried to use the silent adapter that came with the fans but that causes all fans to completely malfunction and not operate whatsoever. The BIOS currently runs the fans in Silent mode, as all other modes cause the noise to amplify tenfold on all 4 fans. Whats my best course of action?

After extensive troubleshooting I resolved the issue - Q-Fan Control must be disabled in the BIOS in order to use the Low-Noise Adapter NA-RC6.
