Micro Center Great Hit Build - Under 500!

Go to solution Solved by TheSLSAMG,

Why only a 6300?

Because an FX 8350 will likely end like the FX 9590 on the Krait. It draws a lot of power.

Anyways, this is what you should really be doing.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($49.99 @ Mwave)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($99.89 @ OutletPC)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($54.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $498.84
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The CPU is actually powerful, the case isn't scrap and the PSU is better (though non-modular.)

It makes no sense to build it and the motherboard is going to bust a nut.

Pass.

Do you think this would be able to stream in 720p?

It should be able to stream at 1080p, let alone 720.
