Tested without hdd. No boot until everything cools down

Do you know how to check windows error logs?

I checked. Nothing there other than some app crashes. As of now can't even do that. Before that it will black screen. Issues getting worse day by day. Even after crashing all fans and lights work.

I did not say UPS surge protector I said UPS as in the Back up battery

Uninterrupted Power Supply along with another Surge protector. Cuz the wire was not long enough so had to use a surge protector also to extend the cord. I have both

usually with a PSU when they get overwhelmed they just shut off. 

the the other things that can cause this are the CPU motherboard and GPU 

 

I recommend using your GPu in another system and seeing if thats the Issue.

If if passes that then I would test the power supply, on another PC then

if that passes try your ram and 

if that pasess then you know its an issue with either you motherboard or CPU

and if thats the case you can try to test them if passable or just sell toughs and get a new motherboard and CPU combo

Have you tested your UPS and surge protector to see if they are not at fault?

It showed errors even at a shop

I called the shop and they did all these steps and said the PSU showed issues in another PC. So it may be time for an RMA. I will anyways change board and CPU next year. Waiting till then

The shop guys called me and said the system crashes only when inside the case. It works fine outside. So what now ?

Sound like a overheat on the cpu. I suggest removing the OC on it.

It could be that they tested the PSU under no or very low load. It might act up only under heavy load or other special conditions. You sure it's not your monitor or cabling?

Try having them stick the PC back inside the case but not connecting any of the fans and double checking to see if there any motherboard posts were there not suppose to be

They tried without plugging in fans but no luck. They suspect some screws or some metal thing causing trouble. Tomorrow national holiday and so they will confirm on Monday they said

I would check the motherboard stand offs and near the i/o shield
