Worth it to root and run a different rom on galaxy Xcover II?

techswede

I've had it, I've had enough of these mother******* bloatware apps on this mother******* phone!

All snakes on a plane jokes aside though.. can I/is it worth it/should I? Root and run a different rom on this hateful phone?

I cant afford a different phone so this is what I have to work with

Samsung galaxy X cover II

I have also considered ubuntu but thats probably a completely different ballgame. My next phone will be the ubuntu phone though.

So if it is possible I would appreciate a link to a rom that works.

If it is pointless I'd like to know why.

Yes I know it isnt the most powerful phone around but it can survive me throwing it when it pisses me off so its got that going for it at least.
