backlit keyboard membrane w/ flat keys

i like membrane keyboards leave me alone. my typing is already at 4000000 decibels. i want a flat keyed keyboard with a backlight so i can see the keys. i found a rosewill but its jsut out of my 17$ shipping included budget. any suggestions

What do you mean by "flat keyed?" I've never heard anyone refer to a keyboard like that.

He probably means chiclet type keycaps. 

 

In that case, chiclets will probably be ok too, since technically they are membrane.

 

The budget is VERY TIGHT, if it's only 17$.

I can't recommend anything. First, there's not many chiclet keyboards for sale because they're not popular and also the budget is waaaay to low.
