i5 4690k and get a gtx 980 or a r9 390x

If its just for gaming, save some money with the i5-6600k if you wanted skylake and get a better GPU.

I would wait for reviews on the Skylake, remember the dreaded 4770K? also i heard Skylake doesn't have FiVR idk how that would affect overclocking. if you are going for the 970, get the 390 it's cheaper and performs better. Also I never trust AIO closed loop CPU watercooler, there's more parts in it that can fail and ruin your system, I would suggest getting the Noctua D-15 they are great but they look ugly, and if you are going for the R5 Windowless is the best for silent build, get some Silent WIngs 2 for your 2 (140mm) intakes and 1 exhaust.

Not just for gaming, but mainly, later on i might use some heavy programs (because im studying programming and stuff), i would like to stream (try at least), etc, etc. I just put the i7 because it gives me more future proof. Should i buy i5?

Here in Portugal the prices of r9 390 and gtx 970 is the same, so gtx 970 all the way. And i didnt put a closed watercooler, its actually an air cooler :D

if you want to know why no skylake its cus small ass increase of preformance

Here in my country the price of i5 4690k and i5 6600k is almost the same, i5 6600k 10$ expensive

And an extra 150euros doesnt buy a decent gtx 980 here :/

Well, based on all reviews and a friend of mine who has both 970 and 390. 390 gives you a little bit more FPS, sorry misread the cooler, ddin't really clicked it, but yeah, air cooler has less of moving parts, making it quieter and less opportunity for failure
