how much do you guys think this machine is worth?

 

-intel core i5 3570

-asus p8h77-v

-xfx radeon hd 7870 core edion

-8 gb corsair 1600 RAM

- 120 gb samsung 840 evo SSD

- 2 TB seagate 7200 RPM seagate hard drive

-cooler master silencio 550

- bequiet 730 watt l8 PSU

Sell it for $500-700.

Another method is to add up the MSRP of the parts and subtract 20-30% for being used.

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

if you want to get rid of it quick then try starting at 700€, but I'd suggest starting at 900 at least and being patient for a bit while cutting the price every now and then.

If one does not fail at times, then one has not challenged himself.

I sold my similar system last week for 450€. Yours has a better case and a better psu, so I'd go for 500-550€

Add up all of the prices. Then take away about 20-30 dollars.

That's how we end up with the overpriced shit on Craigslist. The MSRP is useless. I look at what similar performance costs today and go for 66%-75% of that. I hate it when people want 500€ for a core2quad with a 4870 because it cost 1500€ back in the day

that's only for recent stuff lol

 

Usually I add about 10-15% for each year since the parts were released/still good
