ASUS Z87I-Deluxe. I know the cooler overlaps the first slot a bit but will the memory still fit?

Shouldnt be a problem. If it is, install just one fan.

So this isn't the exact scenario but I have the old Vengeance with a Hyper 212+ and I had to put my ram in my second set of dims instead of the main. It works fine and its still dual channel. Also if you want the ram in the recommended slots (assuming its the closest slot to the cpu like mine was) you could move the fan up, i had to move mine down due to my case but that could also work to just move up the fan.

As you can see the fan is moved down a bit and the RAM is in the black slot not the recommended blue.

Sorry for bad pics, I had to use flash so it didn't look like an ocean from my lighting.

It should be fine, you could always put the fan on the other side of the cooler.

Not enough space, so no I can't.

I know that it doesn't fit on my MSI Z87 MPower Max and my Kingston HyperX Beast memory, well the 1st slot is totaly blocked, but I also have a 140mm on it so... But with the stock fan you should be fine if you have enough room.

You could orient the cooler upwards, blowing hot air out of the top of the case.

It's going in a Node 304. Do you know the dimensions of the Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM?

How many sticks do you have? If its just 2 put them in the further 2 slots.

If you're running 4 dimms it might. I put two fans on my 212 and it touches my Dominator Platinum.

I know this is off topic, but how does the Hyper 212 fit on your Z87i? Do you have any touching/clearance issues with the daughter board?
