That is way more expensive than the clouds... Go with the Cloud IIs. Better sound quality, due to built in sound card.

You're a liar. The USB dongle thing on the Cloud 2 is absolute garbage. On board is much, much better, as long as your motherboard was made in the last 2-5 years.

Also, my vote is also for the open back and dedicated mic. I suggest you get whatever sennheiser you can afford and the Zaman clip mic, since it's only $10, and works about at well as anything for voice chat.
