Find any other thread I'm apart if and someone has asked this and I've answered and given links to screenshots. Short answer, yes. 1.35v with ambient temps anywhere from 7 to 20 degrees Celsius

I am good at computer

-noctua U14s since outperforms the NH-D14

-Phanteks PH-TC14PE outperforms the NH-D14 and comes in multi-colors

-Be Quiet! Dark rock pro 2 performs similar to the NH-D14, but looks very nice

NH-D14 is good but it's do big and looks ugly because it covers the whole side panel. Just get a corsair H80i and it will look beautiful.

agree, the H80i will aslo exaust the hot air directly out of the case, makeing the need for extra casefans lower.

what do you have against the Thermaltake Frio  Ock?

This cooler is pretty close to the NH-D14: http://www.kitguru.net/components/cooling/zardon/thermaltake-frio-ock-cooler-review-better-than-noctua-d14/5/

and in this review it outperforms the NH-D14: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Thermaltake-Frio-OCK-CPU-Cooler-Review/1278/6

So this cooler is not a bad cooler imo.
