ASUS USB BIOS flashback solid light? URGENT!

solid blue means its like finished for my board

 

blinking = flashing/working at it

 

on my board if its solid blue it means i can turn on the pc and it works :P

if it were flashing for a while and then went solid blue, pretty much should be finished yeah
