Most comfortable headphones

piplupgao

I would prefer a closed design I have a budget of $150

Number one priority is comfort as long as the audio quality isn't crappy

I prefer over ear over on ear

Should be portable

NOT A HEADSET

my favorite at this point in time is the razer blackshark, i know im gonna get alot of hate cause its razer and not audio technica or some brand like that but the memory foam padding mixed with the light weight and good overall sound quality had me sold :)

I'm not a fan of active noise cancelling because it can destroy audio quality somewhat, but every bose headphone I've used has been like clouds on my ears. They are amazing

for how comfortable they are I wouldn't care about quality distortion :p

I have fairly large ears and use sony XB500, Sony MDR-7506, and Bose AE2 all under $150 sound good and are comfy.

I will say tho you do want to get deep earpads for the MDR-7506 if you have LARGE ears

Ebay, man. Ebay.  One man's inpulse audiophile purchase is your much cheaper impulse audiophile purchase.
