Excellent choices all around I'd say. Only maybe is maybe switching the Powercolor for a Sapphire branded 390 if you can afford that but still extremely solid.

PSU is overkill, that is if you don't plan on crossfiring the GPU's. A 500W should be adequate for your build.

You could get a Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ITX and an MITX motherboard and cut the price down more but that's preference.

I think not, the 750 wattage leaves room for future upgrades.

Nice build, I would spend a bit more and buy some 120GB SSD, it really makes a huge difference.

just putting it  out there, cs:go at 4k is pointless, it looks no different.

 

infact most pros use 1024x768

 

also even a 750watt psu is not enough for crossfire 390s.
