Firstly, here is my current build -> Link

I have a mix-match of stock, corsair, and SilentX fans. Half of the case fans are corsair and I believe the only ones that are stock, on the case, are the front 2 case fans.

The cpu cooler is a stock radiator with the sole SilentX fan (the stock fan was noisy and the lower ridge broke so it was always loud).

I am not looking at a complicated water cooling solution which is why I came to this forum. That is also why my budget is $50. I understand it's not much, just do what you can with it.

Thanks!

Upgrade the graphics card,

Maybe sell you old one to get more money for it.

The graphics cards are perfectly fine for what I need. I actually plan on putting the 5450 into a new build (post coming soon).

The only thing that would be of matter here is that I added a custom scroll bar. What's weird with it? (This is my own site btw)

I can't use my touch screen or two finger scroll to scroll.

It also uses about 3 more percent CPU to scroll when using the arrow keys to when you are just in a normal website (although that could be due to other things)

OK, so what you wanna upgrade and why? You have temps issues, you wanna overclock, you want a quieter system? If it's only overclock i would get a 50 bucks CPU cooler and go to town on that voltage, but i just dont know what's your situation

I see, that's my mistake. What seems to be my problem is the ambient temperature of the inside of the system.

It looks like your front fans are not doing their job, most case manufacturers don't include high sp fans on the front like they should, the cooler master silencio FP fans are reasonably priced and have high SP, but i think they are not available in the US yet. While i'm not the biggest fan of corsair fans i think a pack of 2 SP 120mm fans would be the most apropiate option for you, you can also get the quiet edition but...i rather have the extra RPMs there if i need them.

If you're not planning on overclock and the stock cooler is fine, i guess that's not worth an upgrade since the budget would be rather limited

Also populating any unused fan slots with budget friendly fans would help

(You can also use this for the front intake since they have decent static pressure)

(for any unused fan mounts, nothing fancy but it does the job)

Okay, thanks! So in general, just replace the oldest fans and there's no need for a better cpu cooler. Gotcha.

What I think caused this to happen is that I originally only had 1 HDD in the case and now there's 1 SSD and 3 HDDs.

I think the front fans are the issue because the hard drives are the most abnormally hot component in your pc, and weather is CM, corsair or NZXT, the included fans are usually pretty weak, and almost never high SP, which is needed in the front, specially if you got multiple drives.

I would say that if you buy the front fans, and you got some money left, a modest CPU cooler would still benefit you, the be quiet! pure rock is selling very cheap right now, cryorig H7 is great, and the hyper T4 is the more budget option
