I actually found out they modeled over another car in one of the moving videos.

 

If we take a screenshot of the scene, and simply extrapolate what's underneath by double clicking the car and changing the opacity, we can see what lays underneath. I think you'll all be truly scarred by the scene you'll find... THIS!!!!

You actually wouldn't believe how long it takes to re-draw in a background, even if it's done sloppily xD Or to find an orange lambo, with the right position and shading. That part i had to fudge, but oh well.
