Is there a way to change Windows 10 volume control to Windows 7s volume control?

Are you referring to viewing the mixer?

If he is, you literally right click on the volume icon in the bar and hit "Open Volume Mixer".

1) Open Regedit

 

2) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MTCUVC (Create the MTCUVC subkey if you don't already have it.)

 

3) Create a new 32-bit DWORD value named EnableMtcUvc and set its value as 0

 

4) Restart or sign out and then back in  :)  ;)
