Hey

I got a i7 5820k ~1.5 months ago from SuperBiiz (actual reputable retailer) and according to Intel, I qualify to get free games and software from Intel since I bought one of their CPUs. I looked in/on my CPU box and couldn't find a Master Key, and SuperBiiz didn't send me one, sooooooo.

I talked to Intel and Superbiiz and Intel sent me to SB and SB send me back to Intel, so IDK what to do now.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

P.S. Heres a line of smileys to make you feel better

:)  ;)  :P  :D   :(^_^  B)

If it's something intel sends to EVERY SINGLE retailer, then it's SuperBiiz's fault and you should claim to them. If intel doesn't send this key to every retailer then SuperBiiz might not be one of the selected ones to give out this key.

As you say, SuperBlitz is a reputable retailer.

Contact them and hammer them down if you have to to get a straight answer out of them.

The likelihood of Intel being at fault here is slim, though they could be liable on the basis that they may not have provided one in the first place, but that's somewhat unlikely.

Free gift depends on when you got that cpu and the place you got it from. Not all stores or online places will participate in the promo.

Speaking of Intel Master keys, there was once where you buy a Intel cpu and you buy a cpu key. It will add more or unlock certain features on that cpu.

So like you got a G3258, buy cpu key, G3258 turns to Core i3 or something like that.
