the windows 10 media creation tool is the best place to start! Just download the tool and select the "Upgrade" option. super easy!  you can find it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Collecting every single CPU in existence? Is it possible? I have no idea, but i'm sure gonna try! http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/341848-dont-throw-away-old-cpus-im-collecting/

I never got an upgrade option in my taskbar for what ever reason, probably because I manually turned off windows updates and blocked some portions of windows from making outbound connections, but that was my own fault.

Just use the media creation tool linked above by @Tithonius It's the most hassle free way to do it.
