I contacted Microsoft support for win 10 help, they have offered to view my computer. Should I let them?

Besides, the link is so generic (/help) that there's no way it could link to a specific page about an offer to view a computer.

Well the website IS a Microsoft site over a secured SSL session using valid, trusted certificates, so yes, it's legitimate.

Yes it's definitely legit, it even translates to other languages (In my case Finnish)

Yes it is. You can always check to see where the cert is coming from, in this case its coming from microsoft.com directly. Well, technically its coming from Baltimore Cybertrust, then Microsoft IT SSL, and then to the site you see.

 

that and support2.microsoft.com is just their secondary service for their support site.

Yes it is. I have been on the phone with them for numbers of hours every single day. and they always linked me there and so i let them have access.
