Probably because if it falls on a hard surface from about a 1 inch drop it will shatter into a million pieces.

Heyyo,

ZTE hasn't focused a lot in the Northern America market is mainly why... it also doesn't help that they don't always have all the frequency bands supported that we use compared to the rest of the world.

Please note that Merimobiles probably does NOT include any brokerage or customs duty fees on imported smartphones... so you might be looking at anywhere from an extra $20 to $40 CAD.

The next thing to note? The frequency band support:

Technology

GSM / CDMA / HSPA / LTE

2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2

CDMA 800

3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100

TD-SCDMA 1900 / 2000

4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500)

In Canada? We tend to have LTE 1700 and 2600... This phone only supports 2600. You might not get LTE depending on your carrier and what frequency they use... which can lead to decreased battery life if the phone keeps searching for LTE when it's just not there.

It'll do 3G no issue due to quad band support.
