Thoughts on the new build

Hi guys I'm currently trying to build my first pc. I live in Italy and I would like to stay under the 670-680€ mark

Would I be able to run the recent games at medium-high settings with around 60 FPS at 1080p?

I know that the case is an ATX one while the mobo is micro but were I live the n300 costs only 5€ more than the n200 and I thought it would be a good investment even for the future.

I really value you advices and opinions guys! Feel free to tell me anything.

Nice build, but unless you reasonably good HDD already get one, personally I wouldn't even get SSD for budget build since there are more important things to put money in to get more performance. Also for a bit more you can get H81 board with USB 3.0

Oh and for that money you could get better PSU as well, this one is not really that good, 500-550W is enough.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you are going to need an operating system(get 64-bit) and peripherals. Also i small investment on 16 gb of ram instead of 8 will help quite alot with certain games nowadays as well as letting you run more applications at once more smoothly.

You don't need more than 8GB for gaming, there is no reason for it even in high end gaming PCs, no game will use more than 8.

as we go futher in the future 8gigs are ok for now but 16 gigs are ideal for future games and multitasking ect.

right now gta 5 utalizes more than 70% of my ram so

Well if he likes having many things open its a good investment. We all know how much ram Chrome takes . but yea if hes only going to game he'll be fine

I have 8GB, I use chrome, I rarely close tabs (or chrome itself) and I never had an issue. My RAM bust be special than or something

with chrome and alot of tabs it uses like 40% of my ram

I changed the sdd, the mobo and the psu.

Nice tips I'll surely consider that PSU cause it is a quality one with a good price, for the SSD I would stick with 250gb cause I have a used HDD that I can re-use

Yeah I think i will consider a different mobo maybe pushing my budget a bit further. I was considering the h97 anniversary what do you think?

MBO doesn't affect performance, the one you picket is fine but doesn't have USB 3.0 and you case has it, you can get H81 MBO with USB 3.0 for about 10€ more.

But if I take that would I be able to upgrade the CPU to an i5 k and OC that? Cause with the MSI h81 I'm sure I can.

In order to overclock i5/i7 you will need a z97, not a h97, so no you will be not able to overclock,

but you will be able to add a locked  i5/i7 later on
