Can someone help edit this picture just what i need is text which is awesome or something you like i would like to set it as my lock screen For my pc (Running Windows 10)

Has to be 1920x1080

It's 1152x720 it's quite a bit too small for 1080p without someone doing a reasonable amount of work...not really the right place to be asking?
